David Ort, a Brooklyn-based Artist, has studied Anatomy and Figure Drawing at the Art Students League of New York from 2002 to 2006, as well as Illustration at the Art Institute of Boston from 2000 to 2002. As a freelance Designer and Illustrator since 2007, David has worked in both print and web production. In addition to his skills as a Production Designer and Illustrator, David has worked as a Creative Consultant for websites, publications, event productions, and non profit organizations bringing a fresh perspective in design and a keen sense of work flow within each field.
Some of David’s skills include: a fluency in Adobe’s Photoshop and Illustrator and Flash, as well as traditional drawing, painting and sculpture. In every instance, David utilizes his traditional training in the Arts while integrating his knowledge of Digital Media to create mature, elegant artwork.
